After he begins to play, he has second thoughts about the game's ethical and moral ramifications. But there is no turning back now. He must continue until he either wins or dies trying. Rhonda Carter also joins in the game and is delighted when her first victim is her abusive ex-husband. But as a woman in this competition, she has a distinct disadvantage, compelling her to devise cunning ways to dispose of her victims. When Rhonda and Jack meet and fall in love, neither one knows of the other's involvement in the game. Will they survive to see their futures, or will the game destroy them both?
